LA Kpop Festival VI
After it was all over, all the artists gathered on stage for a group photo. I couldn’t bear to leave, especially with Infinite (ugh) living and breathing in front of me. How could a fangirl walk away from that????? But my mom dragged me out and it was a good thing she did.
We planned on meeting my sister and friend at the car. To get there, we had to walk by the back gates again. My mom and I heard squealing, which can only mean one thing. We pressed into the crowd and tried to get a better view.
While we were on the left side of the gates, we saw all of CN.Blue and Jun.K walk by. But we could barely see their faces because they were walking away from us. So my mom being the smarter one, decided we should go to the other side (much to the dismay of the security guards).
And that’s where to buses were. The buses they were leaving in. The lights were on inside the bus but I still had to squint to see clearly. In the first photo, that’s CN.Blue sitting in the back.
Then my mom, continuing to exude genius, pulls me over to the front of the bus, where the driver and the door is. That’s where the lights are the brightest and we can see them walk in face first. She pulled me over just in time because that’s when the seven wonders of my life boarded the bus. In the second photo, that yellow poof is Hoya and that orangish poof behind him is Gyu.
To make my life even better, they chose seats towards the crowd. Hoya and Gyu had the window seats so they constantly waved and pointed and posed and waved. Along with the crowd, I tried to express my love for them. I didn’t take my banner, so all I had immediately was my “My Love is Infinite” jelly bracelet. So I pulled it tightly around my fingers so that they could see just “Infinite.” I swear Hoya (and perhaps Gyu) saw it.
My dear Yeol sat next to Gyu but I guess he was exceptionally tired (why wouldn’t any of them be?) because he closed his eyes as soon as he sat down.
SO CLOSE YET SO FAR.
I apologize for the terrible photos. It was then that I truly wished I had some expensive camera that would actually be able to capture the moment. All I had was my tablet and it doesn’t do justice.
… The end.
